While one-on-one tutoring is beneficial, in my experience young children gain invaluable knowledge through interacting with others of a similar age while, at the same time, being directed and coached by a dedicated tutor. At , our pre-school sessions are structured to cater for small groups of no more than four children. This allows face-to-face tutoring with small group interaction and discussion, presenting the young children with a robust learning platform. Stimulating multi-sensory teaching methods include: Fun songs to teach letter sounds and basic words including counting and reading songs; Games and activities to develop fine motor skills to learn correct letter formation and provide an understanding of numbers.
